Hongtek UFP90 Series Hollow Fiber PVC Ultrafiltration Membrane Module are made of modified PVC(polyvinyl chloride) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, which has the characteristics of large flux, high strength, acid and alkali resistance, and drug resistance washing. The membrane module housing is made of UPVC material and is subjected to a pressure more than 1MPa.
Hollow fiber PVC UF membrane modules can be used in cross-flow filtration or dead end filtration operation. Contaminants can be removed through regular physical and chemical cleaning to ensure long-term stable operation of the membrane system. PVC ultrafiltration membrane module is widely used in industrial filtration and reverse osmosis pretreatment systems.

Work principle of PVC hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane
● PVC hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane water flow mode is from inside to outside
● PVC ultrafiltration membrane has strong anti-staining ability, resistant to acid and alkali & good drug resistance
● Inside to outside flow mode of PVC ultrafiltration is suitable for raw water with low turbidity and low suspended matter content
● Stable production water quality, high porosity and uniform distribution, good mechanical strength and strong anti-pollution ability
● The filtration rarting of PVC UF membrane is 0.01 micron, particles such as macromolecules, suspended solids and colloids are trapped inside the membrane
● When the UF membrane module is running, the pollutants are trapped on the inner surface of the membrane silk, there is no dead angle problem and easier to be washed
