BCF Series Backwashable PP Pleated Cartridges are mainly designed for power plant condensed water filtration. PP Filter media of backwashable pleated cartridges are available in absolute ratings ranging from 1 to over 100 microns to meet the removal requirements of each individual condensate system. Like all the condensate filter cartridges from Hongtek, a variety of end fittings can be selected to retrofit the elements in existing power plant condensate filter systems.
The length used most for backwashable PP pleated cartridges are 60" and 70". The robust construction and reduced pleat height, not only makes backflush possible and media deterioration avoidable, but also extends filtration area and therefore provides higher flow capacity. Backwashable cartridges are with a wide range of chemical compatibility, high efficiency filtration, long service life and economical cost.
