OPP Series PP Melt Blown Depth Filter Cartridges with Orange Surface are developed by Hongtek to provide consistent filtration in a lot of crucial liquid process applications. PP melt blown depth filters are manufactured using improved thermally bonded depth filtering technologies, with the surface treatment as wrinkled finish and looked like Orange peels that are sags and crests, so as to enlarge the surface filtration area, keeping larger particles holded to make better filtration efficiency.
PP melt blown depth filters not only are harder than normal pp depth filters, but also have stronger ability to work under pressure and longer service life as well as consistent & high efficiency in particulate removing. PP melt blown cartridges with orange surface are the ideal filter materials for many industrial liquid filtration.
