HFG Series Pleated High Flow Filter Elements are designed for the applications of liquid filtration with large flow requirements, high flow capacity and high efficiency, inside to outside flow direction. The filter elements with inner core, outer wrap band and netting, have good integrity design with advanced hot melt technology. High flow filter elements fit into the standard high flow filter housings, easy to install and replace, so save a lot of labor cost. The pleated high flow filters have unique crescent-shaped pleat geometry, combined with its large 6 inch diameter, reduces the number of filters and size of housing required compared to the traditional OD 2.5" depth filter cartridges. High flow pleated filter elements help to remove particles and other contaminants from water, compatible industrial chemicals, and liquid food & beverage fluids with absolute rating.
