HFM Series Pleated High Flow Cartridge Filters are good replacement for Pall Ultipleat high flow cartridges. High flow cartridge filters are made of 100% polypropylene melt media and upgraded with one-piece rigid hard cage with better integrity and high pressure resistance. The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene cage and end caps could withstand working temperature up to 100℃. The 6 inch large diameter leads to larger filtration area, higher flow rate, lower delta pressure, greatly save water treatment plant footprint and consumable cost.
High flow pleated filters adopt unique multi-layer structure and inside to outside flow pattern that traps contaminant inside the element, preventing polluting the treated water during filter change-out. It's a ideal choice for a wide variety applications like RO desalination, food & beverage, process water, municipal water, etc.

Installation of Pleated High Flow Filter Cartridges
Installing a high flow pleated filter into the filter housing is typically an important process, since it related to the filtration effect. Here's a general guide:
1. Prepare the Filter Housing: Make sure the filter housing is clean and free of any debris. Ensure that the O-ring or gasket on the housing is in good condition and properly seated.
2. Select the Right High Flow Pleated Filter: Ensure that you have the correct size and type of high-flow pleated filter for your housing. The filter should match the specifications of your housing.
3. Inspect the High Flow Filter Cartridge: Before installation, inspect the pleated filter for any damage or defects. Ensure that it's clean and undamaged.
4. Insert the High Flow Cartridge Filter: Unpack the new high flow filter cartridge and apply lubricant to the filter cartridge seal ring. Carefully insert the high flow pleated filter into the filter housing. Ensure that it fits snugly and securely.
5. Secure the Filter: If your housing has a locking mechanism or a cover, secure it in place to hold the filter securely within the housing.
6. Check for Leaks: Once the filter is installed, check for any leaks around the housing. If you notice any leaks, inspect the housing and filter for proper installation and seating.
7. Schedule Regular Maintenance: Keep track of the filter's service life and schedule regular maintenance to replace it as needed, according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

● Low pressure drop of high flow cartridges to meet user requirements for flow rate, prolonging the service life of the high flow filter cartridges and saving user costs.
● The liquid flows from the inside to outside, with large particles intercepted in the outer layer and small particles intercepted in the inner layer, improving filtration efficiency.
● Different from ordinary high-quality high flow filter cartridges, this filter cartridge cage and end caps can withstand temperatures up to 100℃ and have a pressure resistance up to 4.2 bar.
● For the high-strength cage and end caps of PP mixed with fiberglass, advanced infrared welding technology is required to ensure the complete thermal welding of the filter without any leakage.
● Using high-quality melt blown membranes and non-woven fabrics as materials, can achieve both normial and absolute rating according to customer requirements, ensuring flow rate and filtration efficiency.
