HFU Series Radial Pleated High Flow Cartridge Filters are Pall Ultipleat high flow replacement, new large flow cartridges which developed by Hongtek. The high flow cartridge filters have unique radial pleats design permits higher flow rates, higher dirt holding capacity and longer working life than normal vertical pleats high flow filters. The pleated high flow cartridges are made of inner layer of non-woven fabric, middle layer of PP meltblown filter membrane and outer layer of long fibers, have central hard core and outer overall thick cage.
High flow cartridges using advanced hot melt technology, good integrity and no leakage, liquid flow from inside to outside pattern. Radial pleats design lead to large filtration area up to 12 square meter, resulting in higher filtration efficiency, significantly saving labor force, time and space of water filtration system. In filtration industry, this type of high flow cartridge filters have higher performance and obvious advantages than ordinary vertical pleated high flow filters.

Installation for Radial Pleated High Flow Cartridge Filters
● Higher flow rate & low delta pressure, absolute rated filters are designed, help user save much cost and space
● Inner core and overall thick cage can bear higher pressure, don't deform in high water pressure working environment
● Radial pleated high flow cartridges have larger filtration area, obvious advantages than ordinary vertical high flow filters
● High flow cartridge is inside to outside flow pattern and no bypass, longer service time and higher dirt holding capacity
● Pleated high flow cartridge is smaller and more economical water filter element, lower maintenance and waste disposal costs
