Beer Brewing: Beer brewing have a great deal of filtration to remove bacteria and microbes prior to bottling. Particulate removal from incoming water, removal of particulate and microbes from bottle rinse water. Filter rating need for 0.2,0.45,1,5,10 micron, both nominal(prefiltration) and absolute(final filtration) rated filters needed.


Wine Filtration: In the processing of wine production, need a range of prefiltration and final filtration. 0.2 to 3 micron of pleated & melt blown filters most commonly used to remove DE or other filter aids, when 0.45 and 0.65 absolute rated membrane filters to remove spoilage organisms prior to bottling.

Pre RO filtration, use 1 to 10 micron pp melt blown filters to remove particulates, 5 micron CTO carbon block cartridges to adsorb chlorine, taste and odor, 0.2 to 0.45 micron membrane filters effectively remove microbial contamination in the final filtration stage.
